Born and raised in Houston, TX. Tricia started her career in the apartment industry, then obtained her real estate sales license as well as her loan officer’s license. She was a lender for 6 years during her career, in addition to residential sales.
Tricia continued climbing the ladder of success in real estate. She worked at most of the big box real estate companies before obtaining her broker’s license and opening her own independent brokerage.
She quickly learned that that was not the best nor profitable idea and moved her brokerage over to exp and formed a megateam where she remained for almost 5 years before moving to Real Brokerage.
Tricia Turner currently runs a team of 31 agents under the REAL brokerage.
Tricia Turner and her team have been consistently growing each year with a target sales volume goal of $100,000,000.
Tricia also owns Honeybee Homestaging & More as well as her own event center and bar known as HUB510 and Piggy’s Place.
Tricia resides in Fulshear TX with her 3 children, enjoys working out and reading in her spare time, and believes she can change the world one person at a time, one day at a time.
