Tricia Turner
Tricia Turner, real estate broker in Houston, and mom of 3, has been in real estate over 25 years, and has done just about everything in the real estate industry. Was a lender during the mortgage industry crash in 2008, and in 2010 went back into full time real estate sales and has been hustling ever since.
Tricia got her broker's license a few years ago, opened an independent brokerage and quickly grew it to 50 agents in less than a year. However, in 2018, with the help of Jay Kinder and Michael Reese, Tricia looked at the EXP business model and quickly realized a change was needed.
Tricia moved herself and about 20 agents over to EXP, and is a mega team leader on pace to do $75 million in sales volume this year.
She is passionate about the industry, her family, and her faith in God.
